Terms of Service

SY Visuals is operated by GenViz AI LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of the studio at syvvisuals.com and everything in it. Using the service means you accept them.

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authority.

The studio runs on credits. Generation — story analysis, characters, locations, shot renders, the storyboard and its export, the directed cut and the master — spends them at the rate shown on the control before you press it, and every movement is recorded in your ledger. Anything free says so on the same control.

Credits do not expire and have no cash value. They are not a currency, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases of credit packs are final except where the law requires otherwise, or where we have charged you for work that failed and was not automatically refunded to your balance.

If a generation fails after being charged, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you have been charged for something you did not receive, write to us and we will look at your ledger.

Your premises, screenplays, prompts, projects and generated output are yours. We claim no ownership of them.

To run the service we need permission to process that content: to store it, to send it to the AI providers described in our privacy policy, and to display it back to you. That permission lasts as long as you keep the content in the studio, and ends when you delete it.

Publishing a film gives it a public link that anyone holding it can open. Revoking the link takes the page offline. We do not index shared films or promote them anywhere.

Generated text and images are produced by machine learning models, including third-party ones. Output can be wrong, derivative, or unsuitable for your purpose, and two people giving similar prompts may get similar results. You are responsible for reviewing what you generate before you use it, and for making sure your use of it is lawful where you are.

We do not guarantee that any particular output is original, or that it can be copyrighted, or that it is free of third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• generate material that is illegal where you are, that sexualises minors, or that is created to harass, defame or impersonate a real person;
• upload content you do not have the rights to;
• work around the credit system, the rate limits, or any other technical control — including by automating the interface or sharing one account across an organisation;
• resell access to the studio, or use it to build a competing service;
• attempt to access another account’s projects, ledger or session.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we do, we will say why unless the law prevents it.

We aim to keep the studio running, but it is provided as-is. Features can change, and providers we depend on can fail or change their terms. When a capability is unavailable the studio says so rather than pretending otherwise — a render that falls back to a placeholder is labelled as one.

Planned maintenance is announced where practical. We do not offer a service-level guarantee.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost projects, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the studio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using the studio at any time, delete individual projects from the dashboard, or close your account from the billing page — which deletes it and everything in it, immediately and permanently. Unused credits are not refunded on a voluntary closure.

We may end your access if you breach these terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for breach; otherwise, tell us and we will discuss what is fair.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the studio before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States.
